Privileges include access to the heated, Olympic-Size swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, fine dining at clubhouse and many activities sponsored by the club. (Available May to October) Just a short distance away from major attractions--such as Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Whitewater rafting, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, mountain biking and shopping nearby!

Rates & Policies

SPRING, SUMMER and FALL rates starting at $100 per night. WINTER RATES range from $150 to $230 per night. WINTER - Weekly and Monthly Rates available upon request.

$200 refundable security deposit holds your reservation. The balance of the rental will be due 4 weeks in advance of your stay. ALL reservations MUST be confirmed by PHONE. There is a one time cleaning fee of $55 for all stays of 4 days or less. 6% NC sales tax and 3% Beech Mountain accommodations tax are applicable on all stays. NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed.  We request that smoking be done outside on the deck.
